Temporary Full-Cycle Recruiter
TAC is helping our valued client in the mining industry find an experienced and dynamic Full-Cycle Recruiter to join their HR team on a temporary basis. This role will be instrumental in supporting hiring efforts for all positions at their new site in Northern Nevada. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to source, screen, and onboard top talent across a variety of roles, from operations and engineering to administrative and technical positions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a major new operation in the lithium industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Post job openings, manage applicant tracking systems, and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer negotiations and pre-employment processes.
- Collaborate with HR team members on workforce planning and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or technical environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
- Availability to start immediately and commit through March 2026.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for new site launches or large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Knowledge of the Northern Nevada labor market.
