We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Manager to join our client's dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage project teams and liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Lead project teams in achieving project objectives and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make adjustments as needed to meet project deliverables. 
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management and clients.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during project execution promptly.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure high standards of construction work.
• Facilitate post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and improve future project planning and execution.
• Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction and communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders providing updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of more than five (5) years as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a successful portfolio of completed projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, Procore preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complex projects and make decisions under pressure.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
