We are assisting our Truckee, CA client with hiring a Bookkeeper for an in-office position. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to play a key part in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting their day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle accounts payable/receivable
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with payroll and tax filings
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficiency in Sage 100 and Procore or similar software and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to procedures
- A team player with great communication skills
