We are assisting our Truckee, CA client with hiring a Bookkeeper for an in-office position. If you are a numbers enthusiast with a knack for keeping things organized, this could be a great time to join a supportive team. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-driven Bookkeeper to play a key part in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting their day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle accounts payable/receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare financial reports
  • Assist with payroll and tax filings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Proficiency in Sage 100 and Procore or similar software and Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to procedures
  • A team player with great communication skills
