Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial and Residential Roofing Sales Executive to join a growing team. The individual will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding the customer base in both commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional negotiation skills, and a proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets within the roofing or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals and expand our market presence in both commercial and residential roofing sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish rapport, and build long-term relationships with key clients through customer-centric solutions and services.
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet the client's service needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and engineers, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer fulfillment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential leads and proactively adjust sales strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company and engage with potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in the roofing or construction industry, with a strong record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
