Associate PEO Sales Director

What the Associate PEO Sales Director will do:
- Effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to prospective clients and referral networks for all Product lines.
- Create and conduct proposal presentations (written and oral), negotiate and close PEO, ASO, recruitment, and staffing deals.
- Understand, develop, and use sales and business development metrics to refine the sales process and meet client needs.
- Lead and support a BD team while managing your own book of business.
What the Associate PEO Sales Director needs to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or another relevant field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and at least seven (7) years of relevant PEO and sales work experience required.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience in a sales role including two (2) years’ experience selling services.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, manage, and sustain a product sales cycle including effective prospect and qualification of lead sources, conducting marketing campaigns, telephone, cold-calling, and networking activities through closing deals to achieve the company’s yearly sales targets.
- Experience in developing a consultative sales roadmap (planning, understanding, action) that prioritizes relationship building and long-term company-client success.
- Ability to manage marketing campaigns through use of Salesforce and other tools.
- Ability to lead by example, support with training and be a team player at all times.
Additional Skills:
- Experience using a CRM, Salesforce preferred.

Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Interfaces With: Business owners, potential clients, networking groups.
Exempt Regular Fulltime
Schedule: M-F, 40 hours per week, including occasional weekends and/or evenings.
