Client Service Associate - Temp-to-Hire Administrative Opportunity!

  The Applied Companies is recruiting for a Client Service Associate for a small insurance office providing full support to multiple Financial Advisors.  The perfect candidate will ensure client satisfaction through direct-contact with clients, vendors, and other employees, while adhering to regulatory standards.  

Position Responsibilities

  • Secure files and maintain all confidential client and required information
  • Complete new client applications and paperwork, follow up with confirmation of all information and submit within 24 hours.
  • Answer inbound phones and email inquiries and route to appropriate staff and team members
  • Compliance Training
  • Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and shipping
  • Support existing organizational staff in assigned project work.
  • Prepare Advisors for meetings with appropriate forms, reports, data and research
  • Prepare investment account paperwork and manage the transfer of assets
  • Perform portfolio administration with regard to client data, contributions and withdrawals
  • Prepare and manage to completion investment, insurance and employer sponsored retirement plan paperwork
  • Respond to client requests for service and trouble-shoot service issues
  • Establish client files and maintain client data in CRM program
  • Assist Advisors with client communication, agendas, and recaps
  • Proactively communicate with Advisors regarding work in progress
  • Scheduling client reviews
  • Process client account paperwork and process internal and external asset movements through Broker/Dealer platforms
  • Regularly prepare supporting materials and sample reports for clients

Requirements

  • Three or more years of operational and client service experience within the financial services, banking or legal industries
  • Must have strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through capabilities
  • Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
  • Ability to take initiative and to work independently to research and resolve client issues
  • Problem solving skills to determine the most efficient method of problem resolution while complying with corporate and regulatory procedures
  • Understanding the appropriate paperwork and procedures necessary to process transactions
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to multi-task
  • Must be computer literate and proficient with Windows, Word, and Excel
  • High degree of confidentiality with excellent work ethic
  • Work both independently and within the team
  • Knowledge of eMoney a plus

Education/Licenses

BA/BS Degree preferred

Office Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Fridays.  This job is a full-time position (38 Hrs. Per week).
