Practice Manager

A valued client of The Applied Companies is currently looking for a driven and team-oriented Practice Manager to oversee all administrative operations in their dental office. You will take charge of all administrative responsibilities for front-office employees, including Reception and Dental Assisting Specialists.

Daily Task:

  • Focus on executing operational tasks in the practice with the goal of enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth.
  • Work closely with the team to achieve practice goals by driving positive practice results and culture.
  • Be accountable for office goal achievement, team satisfaction, and patient experience (practice reputation).
  • Maintain regular communication with the dental office team, doctors and Director to review practice trends and performance with a focus on production, team costs, and collections.
  • Responding to clinical and operational in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to adhere to set budget.

To be successful in this position you will need:

  • Ability to work collaboratively with doctors, practice team members and business support team members
  • Experience with conflict resolution and crisis management.
  • Dedication to customer/patient satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and be detail oriented
  • Budget and supply oversight, personnel management, and team building experience
  • Proficiency with technology including computers, email, Excel and shared drives

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or applicable discipline
  • Proven track record of management success
  • Billing experience is a plus!
